Read moreOver the past two years I have spent a lot of time working on weeknight meals. Meals that are not too time-consuming to put together, or too messy to clean up. Meals that I enjoy eating and love making. There is plenty of chicken, always a salad, and likely some pasta in our weekly rotation of dinners, but without a doubt, one of our favorite meals is this steak. It feels like a treat, but is not too fussy to be made after a long day of work. I like to think I have perfected it over time, and now I finally get to share it with you.
