COFFEE TALK

This is just a tiny peek at the masses of honeysuckle that are currently blooming behind Norwyk Manor and scenting the humid, spring air with the most delicious of perfumes. 

We are in the midst of what is predicted to be a seven-day-long rainstorm, and while I love listening to the sounds of thunder and pitter-pattering rain from indoors, this torrential weather is less than blissful when I have a soggy puppy and a massive, curly, bird's nest resting atop my head. 

I was beyond delighted that these gorgeous journals finally came back in stock. 

I really want to order one of these instant screen doors for our entryway.  Sabine loves coming in and out, but the bugs only seem interested in coming in. 

If you do not have any weekend plans nailed down, I can fix that for you!  Just take a look at these Tart Cherry & Cream Cheese Pretzel Turnovers.  Do it. 

I finally got around to trying these ham and cheese waffles  and wow!  So, so good.  They are a little heavy for breakfast, but make a very delicious rainy day dinner. 

If you are not already familiar with Oana's work, allow me to introduce you to one of my very favorite artists.  I just ordered one of her prints as a gift for a very special graduate and I am seriously considering going back and ordering one for myself. 

How cute is this dress?! 

I am IN LOVE with this metallic, pearly, hue.  I think my Buxom collection is about to grow.
