It has been a big week over here…. We had our first snow on Tuesday, which meant that I danced around the house with piping hot cups of hot chocolate and dug out my fluffiest Christmas pajamas. AND, tomorrow is our long-awaited gender-revealing ultrasound / 3D pictures for Tiny One. We are going a little crazy over here with anticipation.

This hearty minestrone is on my menu for next week and I am so excited. Now that the temperatures are really dropping, soups and stews are all I want.
Okay, I need a minute or two to gush. This faux fur comforter set is EVERYTHING. I have been so incredibly cold during this pregnancy and I do not know why, but that combined with our current cold front made this purchase more a necessity than a luxury, and ohmygoodness, I’m so in love. Plus, the universe brought this purchase to me a day earlier than it was scheduled to arrive, meaning that it came just before the first flakes starting falling. Once again, Target graces my life with a bit of material magic.
