Happy, happy Friday!! It’s the first weekend of Spring and I could not be more ready to put the cold behind us!
I think I am going to surprise Mr. Pedantic with this Peeps S’mores dip tonight! It feels like a good night for snacking on the couch and binging on our favorite shows. .
If you did not catch the news in my Instagram stories, I have recently discovered these cake strips and I am a fan. They really made all the difference in my cakes. No more domed centers or over-baked edges. It’s pretty life-changing for $9.
Did you know that Cadbury Mini Eggs (aka the best candy everrrrr) come in shimmery shells now?! This is the time to be alive.
I just started this book and I am hooked. Rest is something I feel guilty prioritizing, and with being the owner of a one-woman business, taking care of a home, fur baby, and husband, and working part-time outside our home, if it’s not on the schedule, it does not happen.
So it’s a grown-up Easy Bake Oven? I think I’ll keep my money and my counter space, thanks very much.
What are your plans this weekend? I have hopes of getting a mini herb garden together and we are taking baby steps towards our first major home project. Spring is HERE!
